Tips for Visiting Canton Fair (103rd China Import and Export Fair) This April
Tips1: Entering the Canton Fair Venue
Since the Fair organizers have stepped up inspections and increased security forces at the fair, people will be required to take security checks similar to that at airports when entering the fair's exhibition hall.
So when you visit Canton Fair, pls. remember:

to bring along your passport or identity card every time you enter the Canton Fair venue, otherwise it’ll be a waste of your time when you go back to the hotel and get your passport;

NOT to bring water, because liquid is not allowed to bring into the venue.
There’re more constrains for visitors to the Canton Fair this year, however, you can still enjoy some convenience in other fairs close to Canton Fair venue.
Tips2: Other Fairs during Canton Fair Period
There are many other fairs around Pazhou or Liuhua venue, where display the similar products with Canton Fair venue. In order to attract the buyers to visit their fairs, the organizers compete to provide various free services, such as free buyer’s café, free internet access, free shuttle bus, or even parties, etc.
It would be a good choice for you to have lunch in these fairs, which would provide free buffet or even decent western food.
